Revenue is generated solely through our own service fees — a one-time onboarding fee and a recurring monthly retainer, paid electronically by our clients for the marketing and consulting services described on this page.

ONBOARDING FEE

A one-time fee at the start of the engagement covers discovery, strategy, and the initial build of your campaigns and automations.

MONTHLY RETAINER

An ongoing monthly fee covers execution, management, and optimization of your marketing and lead-nurture systems for as long as we work together.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT

All fees are invoiced and paid electronically. We are not party to, and never handle funds from, any property transaction.
